The "Halfway There" Package

  • 2-3 Planning sessions 20 days prior to review and hand off all details

  • In-depth review of design concepts, and floor plans

  • Creation and refinement of a comprehensive wedding day timeline

  • Reasonable phone/email access for last minute questions or guidance

  • On-site coordination of rehearsal (1 hour) with ceremony walk-through and cueing

  • Up to 12 hours of day-of coordination by our lead planner

  • Primary point of contact on the day for all vendors

  • ​Set up oversight of ceremony, reception and personal elements

  • Timeline management to maintain the event flow from management to reception

  • Guidance of vendors as they arrive and throughout the event

  • Supervision of ceremony & receptions to ensure beautiful experience for the couple & guests

  • End of night check in with vendors & final logistics

The "Takeover" Package

  • Consultation kick off 6 weeks prior to wedding with 4 additional meetings

  • Review of all vendors services, contracts, and agreements 

  • Creation of a detailed wedding weekend timeline for couple, vendors, and wedding party

  • Distribution of timeline, layout, nd logistics to vendors & key participants

  • Final venue walk through to confirm flow, layout, and logistics

  • Vendor management and communication take over 6 weeks before wedding

  • Reconfirmation of vendors arrival times, setup requirements, and payment reminders

  • Access to my preferred vendor list for last minute bookings

  • Floor plan creation & review to enhance guest experience

  • Rehearsal coordination (up to 2 hours) with processional, recessional, and cueing

  • Up to 14 hours of coordination on the day by our leader planner

  • Set up oversight of ceremony, reception, and personal elements

  • Assistance with flat lay styling item coordination with photographers

  • Access to my online platform for checklists and contracts

  • Ceremony and reception management including music cues, speeches, and other transitions

  • End-of-night support including vendor check outs, decor packing, and gratuity hand-off

       Need help setting up some decor? From place cards to centerpieces to packing everything away at the end, I will make sure everything is set up or put away safely.

The "For the People" Package

In business no accomplishment is too big or too small to be celebrates. A holiday party, company milestone, or a celebration for your employees! Or if you're raising funds for people in need we want to help. Golf fundraisers to gala dinner we want to help you create those special moments.

  • Our lead planner as the main on-site point of contact

  • Sourcing & securing venue

  • Creation & management of event timeline

  • Designing layout & logistics

  • Oversee branding, promotion, and signage

  • Sourcing and managing vendors, arrival/takedown timing

The "Special Moment" Package

Baby shower, engagement party, bridal party, birthday celebration, you name it! We are your team. We want your event with your closest people to have memories that last a lifetime. From all the small details to making sure everything goes beautifully that day we are here to help!
